Monthly Plan ($20)

The monthly plan provides full access for 30 days. No long-term commitment.

No Refunds

Yearly Plan ($180)

The yearly plan provides maximum value with 2 months free.

Limited Refund

Detailed Criteria for Yearly Refunds

A refund for a Yearly Plan will only be processed if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • Time Window: The refund request must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of the initial purchase or renewal.
  • Usage Limit: The user has processed (scanned or analyzed) fewer than 3 (three) documents in total.
  • Core System Activation: The core automated alert system has not been triggered for active obligations during the current billing cycle.
  • Account Standing: The account must not be in violation of our Terms of Service.

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through your user dashboard or at hi@obligoshield.com. Provide your account email and the reason for the request.

Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank's policies.
